PHARMACOKINETIC PROPERTIES

It comprises synthetic derivative of testosterone, anabolic and catabolic processes and reverses the negative nitrogen balance promotes protein anabolism and stimulating appetite if a diet rich in proteins and calories.
As anti-anemic increases the production of erythropoietin and hemoglobin, increases the volume of red blood cells and has a direct effect on bone marrow.

Renal excretion with a small amount excreted in the bile, the half life is biphasic with the first phase of 0.55 hours and the 2nd stage 9 hours.

INDICATIONS

It is indicated in cases of tissue depletion or catabolic processes, failure of physical growth, deTurner syndrome (gonodalfeminina dysgenesis), moderate acute alcoholic hepatitis / severe and moderate protein calorie poor nutrition.
